Sadly not. It's just the filenames. I'd also advise against doing something similar as it screws up IMDb scraping.

Best thing to do is use something like XBMC Media Companion to create nfo files and then change the title of the film in the nfo.

I don't think adding it to the filename is all that bad...all my HD files have a 1080p or 720p at the end of them and I don't think I've had too many problems searching through IMDB. Seems like a reasonable short-term solution for us with no current way of separating HD content.

You can always apply overlays to your thumbnails until XBMC implements a similar feature:

This is about to get another pass to add a bit more depth to the info box. UPDATE: That's better.

amazing! glad to have you back! Big Grin

...wow...

What I've been wondering: you see all these people who are so incredibly impressed by what you're showing (including me), how do you look at it yourself? Are you your worst critic or are you on a roll and happy you're able to put out all this beautiful work?

And something else I was wondering. Not a request, just wondering if anything like that is even possible. Take for example the coverflow shot (The Departed showing at the front). Is it possible to have the covers look like boxes? Not DVD boxes, but boxes that same shape as your covers. 'Blocks' would be a better word, maybe. Or a 'thick' version of the cover. They would have to scale correctly. Would add to the 3D look, I think. Someone feel like modding this skin already? Big Grin

May as well post this as well. It's for people who don't want a delayed switch to the info box but would rather push up, make a little button appear and click it. Then you move in any direction to switch back from the info box to the browser.

Wow. Those are some tasty, tasty screenies! Looks like this skin may be worth the long wait after all, I'm really impressed!

If it ends up with support for the watched/unwatched overlays, as well as work with Plex, this thing is going to be the best thing since toast. Awesome work!

Amazing!!!

This is how the Weather *should* work - I haven't put it through its paces yet. Whenever you scroll across the Weather option on the front page, the overlay on the backdrop changes to reflect current weather conditions. There'll also be temperature readings and all that bunk.

It wouldn't be too hard for someone familiar with the script. I'm not planning on anything like that myself, though. Like you said, that's mod territory.
