chupy Wrote:Hi,

I've recently upgraded my system to pre-eden. Platform: Windows 7, 32-bit Service Pack 1 build 7601. Built on Sep 23 2011 (Git:20110923-948748f, compiler 1600)

Having a problem where whenever I launch the addon to look for subs it shows up for a few seconds and then disappears with no errors on screen.

I ran a debug log and have the following information available:

*** log removed ***

anyone with any idea what goes wrong?

thanks in advance!

a. Do not paste the log here, read my signature for how to
b. I suspect it has to do with portable mode
c. Post a full debug log

Hello,

I've recently noticed you have implemented a new addon for betaseries.com: good news !
I haven't seen any bug report about it, but when I select betaseries in the list of "subtitles provider", xbmc freezes completely (no crash, but a freeze). Maybe I've done something wrong... Anyway here is the debug log: http://pastebin.com/zmzy4ruZ
Please ask any information if I forget something ! Big Grin

thats not debug log, you need to enable debug logging in xbmc

also, you are running nightly " Built on Apr 29 2011 " ? thats way to old, please update to the latest nightly and try again

seems to me that you are not waiting for one service to finnish searching before you activate another one. is that the case? I dont see any errors in the log, not sure what to tell you.

is it always on betaseries?
could it be that "[ss]" in folder/file name is making it lock?

Hi,

I updated to OpenElec Linux and now the subtitles dont work, OpenSub is enabled and enabled in the OSD. It manages to find the subtitle i would like and hit enter but does nothing.

My previous install would say something along the lines of cannot store subtile file and you hit yes and would stream it down.

Any ideas how to fix this

thanks

Hi,

I recently got an error with opensubtitle and podnapsi saying there was an error during extraction. (I doubled check my pass and username for podnapsi I do not think I made an error).

I dont see that script has failed, other services are fine? "/backup/Movies" is writable?

Others services are working perfectly and yes this dir is writable. I even tried world writable. However I tried to download a sub for another movie and it worked for this one but not the other.
