Shield gets ~90% use, AFTV 10%.

There's a working amazon app:
US: http://www.apkmirror.com/apk/amazon-mobi...4-release/
EU: http://www.apkmirror.com/apk/amazon-mobi...-download/

just sideload or use a file explorer to install.

Very happy with my AFTV2+SPMC. Have no need for 4K, since I own a 1080P TV, having Netfix/Amazon Prime/SPMC + the OSMC remote give us a one box solution w/ a fully functional remote.

I'm very surprised to hear that as it seemed they were being very co-operative with devs. Koying certainly had a direct line to SATV team and they appeared to be very helpful, however not sure if that's still the case..

So was I Smile My contact reference was actually from Koying. I emailed twice and there was no response. I've had dealings with Nvidia since Tegra1, many years ago and as recent as a few years back when PIvos was looking at T4 for a quad box. I can only assume that this was poisoned by the Pivos related interaction as that went nowhere despite my best efforts to convince Pivos to Nvidia instead of AMLogic. Pivos China wanted really cheap hardware and did not care about quality, what can I say, lol.

I recently had a chat with my nvidia contact.
He was very confused about the kodi/spmc/mrmc situation on Android...

...and where are they are now? no where bythe looks of it since they appear to have been left behind by everyone else including Nvidia themselves, from what I see it doesn't appear they've had any new hardware for at least 2 years now.

From what I read on their forum, it's even worse: They're out-of-stock of their current (although old) gen since last year, so they seem to actually have nothing to sell, at least in the US/EU.

Pivos USA is basically dead or on life support with all focus on Pivos China. Pivos China, who knows, there's a reason why I left Pivos Smile

Yeah and nvidia now knows, that kodi itself is dead for android and that for future development they should contact mrmc and spmc?
First decide what functions / features you expect from a system. Then decide for the hardware. Don't waste your money on crap.
