No central thumbnails folder.

My XBMC is not creating any caches of thumbnails or anything in /userdata like the wiki says it should. It appears to store everything with the movies. How can I store all the thumbs in a cache folder separate from the movie files? It seems to me I changed it to behave like this, or is this default behavior now?

EDIT: I swear I looked for this answer for about a half hour. Found it 2 minutes after I posted. I was looking in the userdata folder stored with the program. I didn't understand it was in C:\Users\*\AppData\Roaming\XBMC\userdata.
