Hi I'm New Member)

My ND22 Will Arrive in a Few Days.

Purpose Of the ND22 Is to Play 1080P With Xbmc And Deluge Torrent In The Background for 24/7 With Linux OS In Living Room

My Question About HDD
I've decided to go with internal hdd , I've read that hdd's with 5400 rpm should play 1080p without problems and they are quite.

i have 3 options of hdd's to choose from

1. Western Digital Scorpio Blue 1000GB WD10TPVT - 5200RPM! - kinda scary about the RPM

2. Toshiba 1TB 2.5 SATA 5400RPM SATA 8MB cache model MK1059GSM - didn't saw a lot of toshiba drives in the market

3. Seagate 2.5 750GB 32MB Cache SATA model ST9750420AS - less space in GB , more noisy but will do the job

Which Hdd Should i Get?

Thanx In Advance)

My recommendation is to get a 30GB+ SSD instead, and to then attach a 2TB or 3TB external HDD via USB if you don't want to have a media server to stream from. But if you are set on getting an HDD then get one that runs the coolest.
My Theater: JVC X790R + Peerless PRG-UNV | 120" CineWhite UHD-B Screen | KODI Omega + PreShow Experience | mpv | madVR RTX 2070S | Panasonic UB420 | Denon X3600H @ 5.2.4 | 4 x ADX Maximus w/ Dayton Audio SA230 | 3 x Totem Tribe LCR + Mission M30 Surrounds + SVS PC2000 + Monolith 15 | 40" HDTV w/ MeLE N5105 + MoviePosterApp | 40TB Win10 SMB Server over Gigabit Ethernet

If you'll use XBMC Live (linux), i would get this SSD
[SSD: 16GB] Kingston SSDNow 2.5" SATAII Trim Read:230MB/s Write:75MB/s ($55 + $0)
