Can't access movie folder on iMac - AppleTV2
#1
Hi guys, I have AppleTV2 - and an iMac - movies are on a shared folder on iMac

I had everything configured before and all worked ok to stream movies from shared folder on iMac to my AppleTV2 using XBMC

Just now I had to change my wifi password ...

I updated the new password in the AppleTV2 System settings...all ok

Now whenever I go to XBMC and VIDEOS and I go to my MOVIES folder on iMac, it keeps saying to me CONNECTION TIMED OUT

And I can't figure out what to do - someone please help Sad

Mac is 10.6.6

Or you mean the Apple TV version?

Are you trying to browse for share or are you adding your sources through add network location?

Like I said I already had it all set up - now since I changed password it's not connecting

--

I had it done via ADD NETWORKING LOCATION

Then I would browse, and add the red folder of my iMac for the movies folder - then it would bring them all up

Now it keeps saying CONNECTION TIMED OUT when I try to pull it up

And what happens when you re-add your source?
