I jut did a clean install of os 4.2.2 and xbmc. I go into add videos and select zeroconfig browser and click on mybooklive and it crashes back to apple menu.

I have 10.0.9 installed.

Ok i am running ATV2 4.2.2 build 8f305 with XBMC build july 27th then the last 2 logs i was running build from july 22Nd to see if that solved any issues.

Are you sure you did the same for each crashlog? It seems that some of them do scraping or such ... can't reproduce the crash ... so you have to provide some reproduction description please for each crash log (only the crashlogs of 27.7. nightly - can't symbolicate the other ones sadly)

I did the same thing in each one i went in and went to add video source clicked on zeroconfig then went to MYBOOK LIVE and then when i click on it it crashes.

these are all 27.7 nightly as well.

yes i do. And i have wiped my ATV2 restored in itunes reinstalled XBMC after jailbreaking with Season pass. Since GP and pwngetool would not work. GP didnt do anything and pwngetool kept wanting to use the older OS not the 4.2.2 and when i would click on it it would just say wrong firmware.

So after JB then i installed nitotv installed xbmc from there 10.0.9 then SSh in using terminal and updated to 7/27 nightly.

if i just map them to NFS rather then the zeroconfig will that work ok? the weird thing is if i click on my mac it doesnt crash only when clicking on the mybook live.

But if i can map through NFS maybe that will work for now

When you click on your mybooklive it trys to connect via DAAP to your itunes media stuff. If you have shared the same data via nfs - of course you can use nfs instead then. As i said - i didn't get the DAAP Itunes stuff to work - but at least it didn't crash here.

So for clarification. Zeroconf just shows different media sources announced in your network (in your case DAAP). The NFS Browser only shows nfs servers it found in your network.

nvm ... go for what ever you want beside DAAP

Well i can't connect to any now. It crashes when doing zeroconfig. Smb says error 2 and then nfs is not showing up as an option since I reinstalled.
Upnp connects but it won't scan for media.
