mobo for the celeron G530

what mobo, of the following, do you guys think I should get for a G530 cpu and GT430 gpu based HTPC?

Asus P8H67-I B3 (6 sata, getting a case that fits 6 hdd's so that's nice)

Gigabyte GA-H67N-USB3-B3 (only 5, but seems to be recommended on the forums)

Zotac H67ITX-C-E (20% more expensive than the above, but all seem to have very similar specs)

If you really need the 6 HDD's then the ASUS is your choice. But, unless I am missing something I only see 4SATA+1eSATA on all 3 boards.
ASUS:

GB:

It may come down to the other features or connection options between them that decides it for you. Also, the ASUS&Zotac has the wifi...but you are not going to use it. Right?
Another thing is differences in compatible RAM speeds if you have spare RAM lying around.
I can't see paying $20 more for what is to me a generic brand. Zotac seems to be a popular brand with some here on these forums though so that is only my own opinion.
That leaves me 2 choices which comes down to:
Gigabyte. I have had much success with GB boards in the past even though they tend to be ugly as sin and and in the past had terrible documentation. I hear this is much better now but IDK.
ASUS. Has been my MB brand of choice for recent years. Great features and excellent manuals. However, they recently screwed us on a warranty quite unrepentantly with straight out lies. I don't like doing business with companies like that so I give the edge to Gigabyte even though ASUS in my book is the best brand for MB's.
My first HTPC build
My UnRaid Server
Kingston rebates and ASUS warranties are WORTHLESS FRAUDS

I've always had a Asus mobo for my desktop PC and they have always served their purpose (burning the north bridge on one was kinda my fault) so I think I'll go with that one. Just thought maybe there was something more specific that made the gigabyte one more commonly recommended here on the forums.

Oh and I didn't say it was the deluxe one, it seems the non-deluxe version has 6 while that one, just as you point out, only has 4. Check it out for yourself:

LOL, well the ASUS website also STILL says my wife's laptop has a two year warranty. If you can manage to get someone on the phone over there please ask them why they tell me it only has a one year warranty...

IF=the automated system puts you on hold, then after 15 minutes disconnects the call.No

hmm, even if the specs COULD be wrong (although I've seen it on other sites too) the picture clearly shows 6 sata connections and the model name in question
