No audio in XBMC, MediaPortal works fine.

I'm trying to setup XBMC-PVR with the MediaPortal backend on a Windows 7 x64 machine. After a lot of fiddling with codec combinations, I managed to get audio when viewing Live TV in MediaPortal's own client. But, when I choose the same channel in XBMC, no audio comes out.
How can I fix this? Is there any place where I can specify the default codec to be used (like in the MediaPortal client configuration)?

Hi,

You should not need to fiddle with any codecs at all, i run mediaportal tv server with xbmc, and i have not installed any codecs for TV or other media.

Perhaps try and uninstall those codecs?
