bluray Wrote:Actually, that is not a bad deal for a very well built silent OrigenAE M10 case with display, remote and 150W passive PSU. It's not very far off from the $119 Silvertone SG06B.

Where can I find it in the U.S?

Note that the optical drive is not included either and would need to be a specific drive so the eject button lines. up.

US Availability:

http://www.shop.perfecthometheater.com/H...0-rb-B.htm

Cost: $329 USD - no Optical drive but includes VFD also an option to change VFD for linux compatible for +$10.

Same case without the VFD is available for 239

\\ OpenElec \ Frodo \ ASROCK 330HT \\ AEON NOX 4.0 \\

I haven't see any case include BD-ROM yet, but it can easily added afterward!

I refused to watch movie without bitstreaming HD audio!

I like my ML02 a great deal. However I really liked the Ahanix MCE301 that someone mentioned earlier in this thread. Especially since it allows for a full size drive. For the itx footprints, I would say the Origin M10 hands down.

im leaning towards lian li. but the lack for internal remote support really sucks. is it possible to drill a hole for ir receiver inside the case? im havent seen any internal ir receiver in real life, so i dont know if that is possible.

It's made for a mini-itx mainboard with build in power supply (60 watt) and there is no place for a dvd drive Smile.

Sadly it is brushed metal. I'm going to powder coat it black.

I found this thread thanks to the picture above. If you Google "mini itx htpc case" you'll find this thread!

I've been doing my own looking around for a cool mini HTPC case. That case above is the HT60.That case has a bigger brother too, HT80, with an ODD and an IR window.

The only place in the US I found it is here: http://www.ebay.com/itm/New-HT80-mini-IT...d=ViewItem

I cannot find the HT60 other than on a Chinese website.

There's even an HT100 with a LCD window that looks a lot like an OrigenAE case. I have no idea if any available LCD (which seems to be either iMon VFD or nMediaPC LCD) would fit though. Again, only available on a Chinese website.

Those cases are from a company named Surelink...

http://www.surelink-tech.com/product_htpc.htm

I think they are really beautiful, although i can't comment on their performance since i havent read any reviews :0

Still they are really good looking (although the micro atx one (last one) looks like a wesena case - only available on chinese site)...

Btw the first two are mini itx (with no IR) and the 3d one is Micro Atx (with IR as option)
