Hi All,

Hitting the following problem running XBMC:

1. Upon first startup to XBMC (no userdata at all) the system runs fine

2. As soon as I enter settings -> Appearance my screen starts flickering bad, from that point on it continues to flicker, even if I shutdown xbmc and relogin.

3. The only way for me to fix the problem is to delete my userdata (not my library info, I think it's in my LCD.xml or Gui Settings but haven't pinpointed it exactly.

The flickering happens both when I'm running HDMI cable or on my laptop screen itself.


Edit: Once I start a show or movie I believe the flickering stops so or is at least significantly better until I return back to the XBMC interface/menu

i have this same problem occuring for me on, the flickering persists from menus into videos. starting happening with beta 2

I'm running 2.10.1~ppa1~lucid, not sure if that's the same version as you
