Extrafanart in showcase view

When in the showcase view in both TV and Movies section, with the layout of fanart and with extrafanart enabled, why wont the window on the info panel not show extrafanart rather than just one fanart image? The extrafanart cycles in the background behind the posters and info panel which is rather useless since only a very small portion is visible anyway. Is there a setting I am missing to get this to happen?

The window on the info panel shows extrathumbs, not extrafanart. To get images to appear here you need to put them in a folder called "extrathumbs".

I don't think showcase view using the fanart layout and extrafanart enabled uses extrathumbs in any way, but rather the fanart.jpg in the movie folder. And the extrafanart cycles in the background, which seems useless to me. I was hoping that there was a way to have it use the extrafanart folder in the window on the info panel rather than the fanart.jpg image. I have both extrafanart folder and extrathumbs folder in each movie folder.
