Linux USB-CEC Sony TV - Sub Menu Help!
#1
I have XBMCbuntu 11.0 (March 23, 2012 Build) installed on a zotac, with a USB-CEC from PulseEight connected to my Sony KDL-46NX710 on HDMI 1. Overall the remote control works well.

The issue I am having is that I can't figure out how to access the Sub Menu. Particularly when I want to delete or edit a source within the videos/files.

Is it possible to adjust settings to allow a LONG PRESS on one of the menu or option buttons of the remote?

Has anyone figured this out? Can you please share your solution?

I have searched the forums and haven't been able to find a solution.

I don't believe either of these are possible, someone correct me if it is. Your best bet it to post on the pulseeight forums.

I guess for the submenu it could be possible by changing your keymap.xml file so that one of the keys which is currently working on your remote via cec has the action to bring up the context menu.
