Hi
I am trying to install xbmcbuntu but this always fails, If I choose install from the menu (same with 12dpi installation option) xbmc just runs from the usb stick as a live version
I tried writing to a cd and trying to install from the cd but same thing happens every time.
Do I need to remove existing partitions on the hard drive first (windows 7)
Thanks
Xbmcbuntu runs instead of starting the installer

Hi,
which image are you using? The iso from xbmc.org? How did you convert the iso to an USB image ? Cu Grimeton "You just had your mouth on another woman's vagina" - "Yes I did. but the moment my tongue hit clit, i knew it wasn't yours." - Hank Moody |

when bootet you have to exit XBMC, login with "xbmc" to linux desktop and run the installer shortcut from desktop

I downloaded the image from xbmc.ord/download, coverted it from iso to an usb image and wrote that on the stick.
after booting, the ubuntu installer comes up, and asks if i want to try or to install. cu "You just had your mouth on another woman's vagina" - "Yes I did. but the moment my tongue hit clit, i knew it wasn't yours." - Hank Moody |
