I have a collection of music videos but the Yahoo Music addon doens't really understand what is what. Is there a way I could help it find out what are my music videos? Is it the only addon?

How can I rename my files so it will work?

You don't need an add-on for music videos.

I just name my files "<artist> - <title>" and use the following scraper, http://www.mediafire.com/?n3yc8g1u20qjjqi
