Hello most of the times when I download a subtitle it stuck at the "downloaded and extracted" message but doesn't go back automatically to the video.
In fact the subtitles are not there at all (in the movie folder).

Always. If you are still experiencing this issue after upgrading to the latest addon version just post your debug log following this instructions. I'm very focussed on eliminating all encoding issues so anyone experiencing still these issues is welcome to inform about them (in the propper way, please).
