Post a xbmc.log in addition. What audio setup do you have? What mac is it?

I know this sounds stupid - could you try plugging in headphones in the "green front" port? (if there is any).
It crashes because it can't start the audio engine. (and it trys to open the headphones portsomehow).

Well it looks like boom is like a audiodevice. Please verify that in the Audio-Midi-Setup (Applications->Utilities) in OSX the Boom device is specified to Stereo 2.0 Speaker setup. Then i would say you need to switch XBMC to use the BOOM audio device somehow (instead of headphones). Not really sure how you can do it.
The audio device settings of XBMC are saved in ~/Library/Application Support/XBMC/userdata/guisettings.xml - maybe you can edit with a texteditor for activating the boom device (you have to play and dig yourself here because the devices are not specified by its name in the xml file but by the device idx.).

i found it works...
Thanks to you Memphiz..
here solved:
find "<audiodevice>" in guisettings.xml and change following:
old: <audiodevice>Headphones (Green Front)</audiodevice>
new: <audiodevice>BoomDevice</audiodevice>
