As far as I know, it's simply not possible to use the pathsub feature to change the path for database files. You can use the advancedsettings.xml file to change where the video and music databases are stored, and this works for both MySQL and SQLite: http://kodi.wiki/view/Advancedsettings.x...eodatabase
