Windows 8 RTM & Asus EP121 issue

Hi,

I decided to give a try on the recently leaked windows 8 RTM on my Asus EP121 slate.

While on windows 7, XBMC was kinda usable with the touchscreen, it is now impossible to use only fingers to use the functions in OSD while playing a film. I have no idea why but the touchscreen doesn't respond to finger when trying to pause, play, choose subtitles or anything else.

I have to use the pen as mouse.

It was already not that great on windows 7 with touchscreen. When loading subs for example, you had to use the pen to close some layer coming over the subs list itself.

am i the only one using XBMC on the asus EP121 ?
