I found it odd while testing that one time the video refresh was stuck at 47.62fps while in the menu as seen when selecting System Info, the "Full Screen" data. I can even feel that the home screen menu was scrolling kind of jumpy left and right. After I closed XBMC and opened it again then it went back to 59.94fps refresh. I also found it odd that my diagnostic display says the W: fps bounces around 48fps. I guess that's 23.976 * 2.
