I prefer to start with what's installed already to see if it's even possible and then I'll move to applications from there.
I don't see how this reply adds anything positive to this thread. When you're buying the hardware and testing them, you can set the priorities. If that's a problem let me know and I'll be happy to post my findings in another community where I am not given a hard time for everything I do.
