I dont use window+xbmc so my best is a guess based on the message.
Your probably running XBMC as a normal user and it doesnt have permissions to read/write files in your userdata folder so try running xbmc as administrator.

Usually this message is displayed when the display driver is not compatible. Please update the display driver.
