I am unable to connect my UPnP devices to XBMC after I upgraded to Frodo. When I browse for a new share using "UPnP Devices" the devices are recognized, but XBMC is unable to recognize any of their content. Connecting the devices using AFP, SMB and FTP works without any problems

I am using XBMC 12.0 -RC2 GIT:20121219-74b907c (compiled Dec 20 2012) on ATV2 running (5.0.1 (4224)

The problem is driving me nuts and I hope somebody can help on this

What UPnP devices/servers are they that are having issues? Can you get us a debug log (wiki) of when you attempt the UPnP connections and try to play something back/access files?

I use the following UPnP devices

a) Iomega Home Media Network Hard Drive Cloud Edition 2TB to XBMC
b) IMAC
c) MacBook

I can acces the content using the share "UPnP Devices" in Eden but not in Frodo

Does the debug log below give you any clues ?
