Sorry but as Aeon Nox 4.0 is always updated, ZIP file containing XML files to overwrite is not the good solution as Phil said :

i have test your latest git version.

i have the following problem. When i go to viewtype settings i could not get to "big Covers" and "Fixed list". The cursor jumps over this settings.

could it be that your mod dont get the artwork from the database ? If i install your mod the scrolling through the library is much slower and all my harddiscs wakeup. With normal skin this did not happen.

I'm using the same variables as Phil
* for thumbnails : $VAR[ShowcaseItem0Var]
* for discart : $INFO[ListItem.Art(discart)]

On my test laptop, I don't have any movies, all are stored on my NAS. I have unplug my network cable so my laptop is standalone.

I navigate through my library, open a case and DiscArt is displayed so XBMC cache is used.

mikebzh44 thanks for this mod. I was missing this since I moved to 4.0. Are you planning on update with every commit Phil and BN are going to make? Also there were discussions about making this part of the master. Is this still happening?

Is there a file for the cache ? Did the cache clear from time to time or will a artwork that was used stay for ever in the cache ? Could i increase the size of the cache ?

@eisi : It's not a file, it's a folder (on Win 7&8 : C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Roaming\XBMC\userdata\Thumbnails
