Hello,

I made a fresh install of XBMC frodo RC3. I don't have an internet connection on my media center so I use nfo file and .actors directory to scrap my metadata informations into xbmc. The .actors directory includes all the actors thumbnails in tbn format of the actors listed in the tbn file. After the scrap has ended, everything works fine except the display of the actors thumbnail into the cast display.

The same file structure works fine with XBMC Eden (I have actors thumbnail when i scrape my movies off line).

Can we still use .actors directory with xbmc frodo ?

Yes, there should be no difference between the two. Please supply an example filestructure so that others can test + reproduce.

The problem exists on every movie directory for XBMC frodo for windows and for rasberry pi : no actors thumbnails dsiplayed after the scrap (fanart, poster... works fine). With XBMC Eden there is no problem....

I don't understand. Of Course, the option made for the actors thumbnails is active in the settings...

I can't download said filesystem for testing. That is what I need.

I fnally tested the final version of XBMC Frodo. There is the sames problem : local actor thumbnails in .actors folder doesn't work anymore.

I made an example that you can download on my dropbox account :

Don't be afraid. It's an generic account that I use for this kind of transfer. There is a file named avengers.zip that you can test. It constains a file structure that you can scrap.

With Eden : after scrapping, I have all the actors thumbnails.
With Frodo : after scrapping, no actors thumbnail.
