iOS iPhone 4 HDMI

Hello,

Thanks for a very capable media system!
I Have a question, I'm currently on 11.0 and iOS5.1.1 on iPhone 4 and it seems when I connect to the TV via HDMI using apples own adapter, it all remains black. Using PLEX enables HDMI output but it's a transcoding hell I rather avoid.

Also I'm running UPnP from a mac with 2 additional HD's and I'm unable to get videos into the Video library on other devices. Once It worked but I had to choose several subfolders before reaching the mac's library. Is there an easy way to get UPnP server to show up in video library?

It all seems to work when going for file instead of the library.

Btw, video output on the iPad 3 seems to work for me.
thanks!

Native video output requires one of the XBMC v12 development builds (wiki). See iOS FAQ (wiki) for how to enable it.

I think it's possible to mark a folder within a UPnP source as a favorite, and then use the favorites menu to get to it faster.
