Hello,
I've upgraded to Frodo today, and went through the initial re-scan of my music library. Once completed, I only had fanart and album art for a portion of my library - the rest was blank. However, when switching out of Library view to File View, the art appeared. It did not appear when switching back to Library view. All of my media is on a NAS (Mediasmart server), and all of the music already contains album art within the ID3 tags. Every Artist folder has fanart in the correct naming format.
The debug log showed a lot of this:
I'm not sure why it would 'skip' anything and then not show the art for it. I've since restored everything back to Eden from a backup and it works perfectly again. I could install Frodo again and re-try if more debug log info is needed.
1) Is this a known issue with Frodo? I did some searching, but didn't find anything exactly like this.
2) Is there a suggested way to transfer your Music art cache/library to Frodo, when you want to do no scraping (all album art already exists in ID3 tags)
3) Is there a suggested way to transfer your Movie/TV Show art cache/library to Frodo, when you want to do no scraping (all art/details already exists in file folders)
4) Is there any way to turn off scraping altogether if all of your media already has the info/art?
Thanks...
