Disable Xbox 360 controller support?
#1
I'm using Xpadder with my emulators on my HTPC, and the commands are interfering with XBMC. For instance, I already have Xpadder tell the up button to send an up keyboard command, so XBMC is receiving two up commands. How do I just disable Xbox 360 controller support in XBMC? This is on XBMC 12.0 on Windows 7 64-bit.

Thanks!

Remove the xbox 360 controller .xml document from the xbmc keymap folder

That's the thing. There isn't an xml document in the keymap folder.

I have decided to go a different route though, and I won't need to disable the Xbox 360 controller completely. However I would still like to edit the mappings. I suppose I would just create an xml in the keymap folder and make the changes that way?

As of Frodo, the keymap joystick.Microsoft.Xbox.360.Controller.xml is in the system folder (built into xbmc) as opposed to the userdata folder. You may be looking in the wrong place.
