I am very very new to linux (just installed last night). I just installed XBMC Frodo and when i go to get skins it says "dependencies not met". I am able to get other addons and playback media but cant get other skins. Can anyone help?

Linux Mint 14 Cinnamon 64 bit
XBMC 12.0 git:fb595f2 (compiled: jan 28 2013)

i couldnt find frodo in the software manager so i followed this guide

got it working. not really sure how. i did a complete reinstall of mint and xbmc and everything is going fine now.
