When I enable video acceleration and play or is stop any type of video, there is a black screen for a few seconds before it actually starts to play. It is not a huge issue but more of an annoyance. When I have DXVA off, the video plays right away but the quality isn't as good. Anyway to fix this? I couldn't find any results in search, maybe I wasn't searching for the right thing.
I'm using HDMI to connect with a Geforce GT 610 on Windows 7 x64.
