Almost all of my livestreams has jumpy video. It's behaviour is like de-interlace in wrong field order. It only happens in iOS port though, every other XBMC in diferent OS I tested play the stream fine.

Yeah, the livestream your playing is 50 fps and that's not supported by the hardware-decoder. Sorry but there is nothing to be done about this.
