That's very likely a Giada motherboard in there. The I/O panel is exactly their setup. The case looks like Shenzhen IWill. Both are brands I use and very good in my experience.

I with they'd put an IR receiver on these things. If they're targeting the living room they have to assume people want to use a remote control.
