Hi,
I use PVR daily. All HD channels are encode in E-AC3.
Even if i have a receiver, i prefer not to swith it on to watch TV, and my TV cant decode AC3/E-AC3....
As AC3/E-AC3 are consider the same by xbmc, i have to disable AC3 passthrough if i watch TV, and enable AC3 passthrough if i watch movies.
So do you think it would be possible to separate AC3 and E-AC3 in the audio settings.
Thanks in advance and thank you for all the work you do, i sometimes wonder if you sleep at night ^^
ps : there is a bug with e-ac3 passtrough see here http://http://trac.xbmc.org/ticket/14243
