I wanted to "clean library" thinking it would get rid of multiple copies of movies, tv shows, etc...

Now it appears to have "cleaned" all of the "watched" tv shows/movies?

Example: big bang theory season 1 has only episodes 4 and 12 out of about 23 (I watched all others).

What did I do? I must be missing some sort of setting but for the life of me I couldn't find it.

Do you happen to have "Hide watched" enabled in the slide-out menu on the left?
