Hi to all I'm in big trouble....
My HTPC has : Frodo 12 + Win 7 + Ati HD7770
I've disabled AERO desktop mode.
I need also external player (TMT6 in my case) to read some BD in ISO and folder structure.
I read my M2TS files with DVDplayer internal of XBMC.
My problem is that I always have massive TEARING if I disable "true full screen" mode.
I've tested "vertical blank sync" option when I run "fullscreen window" mode but TEARING persists.
So It seems that the only way for me to eliminate Tearing is to work in "true fullscreen" mode.
In the past days I also tested an Nvidia graphic card (Gt630 if I remind well) but I've the same problem.
To execute external player I use this script.
that works only if the "true fullscreen" is disabled ....
So there is a way to execute in XBMC external players with "true fullscreen" mode enabled?
many thanks.
