Hi everyone,

i have a new Asus Memopad HD7 and installed the latest xbmc android build.

Everything works fine, except when i skip an HD mkv video (ie. 720p or 1080p) to some position. If i click on the playback bar, the playback stutters and the only thing i can do is to stop the video and resume from the last position.

I tried installing monthly, nightly and test builds but with no different results whatsoever.

For the records, if i play the exact same test videos with something like mx player i have no issues at all with both sw and hw decoding, so i think this is xbmc for android related.

Can anyone help me please? I would be so thankful

Not getting a response within 5 hours isn't anything to worry about :P

In any case, a debug log (wiki) showing the issue would be needed.

As I have the same hardware I can confirm this issue and it's still present in the nightly from yesterday.

Hello ... change the settings into use of SW decoder for video and it works... however, I'm not sure how battery-wise this solution is.
