I have a laptop witch not working lcd screen but planning to hook it to a LED-TV.

Given that your GPU is unsupported by recent ATI drivers you need something Linux wise 12.04LTS base (newer wornt work) or try http://forum.xbmc.org/showthread.php?tid=174854 or stick to Windows.
