There are four of us in our household and we would love to be able to use the context menu while viewing a movie to simply add that movie to an existing playlist/watchlist. We could all create our own playlists with movies we want to watch. This becomes an issue for us because I have 700 movies in our database and having to go through them all each time is rather time-consuming.

It would be great if we could each just open up our own saved playlist of movies to watch. What would be even better is if we could cross-reference all of our individual playlists to find common movies that exist on all playlists...

With a bit of xml editing on the context menu and the plugin simple.playlists you can add a movie to a personal playlist for later viewing while browsing your library.

with this addon you could add movies to your playlists with a key on your remote.

The user Vaikin give us a code to use the context menu. more in the Aeon Nox thread. Dont know if you could use the code in other skins.

But with remote key it work perfectly and it was one of my favorite addons !!

If you just queue the movies you want, then switch to playlist (space?) and save it then you have what you want.
