how can i mirror XBMC ON my laptop to Sony NSZ-GS8 google tv

If you mean run XBMC on the NSZ-GS8 you cant is the short answer.
The NSZ-GS7 (so 8 should be same) does not work with XBMC 13's UPnP play using feature either which would have offered some level of playing whats in XBMC on the device.
What you can do is enable the XBMC UPnP server to make it's media listings available then install ViMu player on the NSZ-GS8 and play the media that way. ViMu supports the coverart provided by the XBMC UPnP server.
