Welp, here's one way to do it:
Using SqlLiteExplorer, I executed the following SQL:
and now my 24-bit smart playlist works
does this even make sense to be doing? also a bit of a pain to do across all my XBMC instances
other suggestions?
so put on my developer hat and make all the changes, eh
