Just wanted to make a post to say hello to all. I just discovered XBMC this past week when doing research for an HTPC build.
My wife is rolling her eyes at me already. But I think she'll love this when it's done.
My daughter (she was 10 at the time) and I built a custom MAME cabinet using Hyperspin FE a few years ago. It turned out great.
Like XBMC, Hyperspin was one of those "learn as you go" experiences for me.
Last year I built a custom Warmoth guitar and it was a blast. The HTPC project I predict will be just a rewarding.
I need to give a big thanks in advance to all of the folks who have made this site as informative as it's been for me this past week.
Between the knowledgeable posters and wiki I've found here, I've come to the conclusion that this is a project I will be able to complete
and be satisfied with. I look forward to chatting with some of you here in the near future ( <- He means buggin' the crap out of you with ?'s).
