I am trying to play videos. One of the error messages is that I need to download a free codec from the readme file. How do I access the readme file and download the codec?

go here: http://www.raspberrypi.com/license-keys/
buy your key(s) then go to programs - raspbmc settings - system configuration
scroll down to advanced system settings and enter key(s) there, then select
OK and reboot.
