I just jumped on the bandwagon and downloaded XBMC. I tried some video add-ons, but nothing seems to work. Once I try to open the selected video, I get a "Playback Failed" message, a "working" hanging, or the program freezes. I tried opening up a Youtube video and it said "Playback Failed". Here are the logs:

I am running Windows Vista 32 bit OS.
