Are these two functions only available in DialogPVRChannelsOSD.xml?
<onleft>PreviousChannelGroup</onleft>
<onright>NextChannelGroup</onright>

Is there a way we can access them in other views, such as LiveTVChannelView, TVViewLayout or EPGTimelineView...?
