Hi,
Today i tried to avoid the vertical sync problem in ubuntu 14.04 ovr a ivybridge intel graphics embedded adapter..
After a lot of googleing i only found 2 possible solution and i test both.
One patch the SDL driver and another installing Oibaf drivers https://launchpad.net/~oibaf/+archive/graphics-drivers/.
After doing both things XBMC stopped working with this error:
01:15:05 T:139887050888960 NOTICE: Thread PeripBusUSBUdev start, auto delete: false
01:15:06 T:139887476377536 NOTICE: Setup SDL
01:15:06 T:139887476377536 FATAL: XBAppEx: Unable to initialize SDL: No available video device
Then i go back to the oiginal driver and i've reinstalled intel drivers, xbmc, several times and libsdl-gfx without success.
(I'm using XBMC Gotham Stable release)
Any ideas?
