Installed a fresh virsion of 13.0 Gotham. If I go to enable live tv the system freezes and nees to reboot again. I have gone enable pvr addons prior to enabling live tv but i cannot find PVR addons anywhere in the setting. I need to enable Nextpvr. Please help

You need to install PVR Addons prior to enable live tv. So install some. If you use our ppa, they are provided for easy installation.
First decide what functions / features you expect from a system. Then decide for the hardware. Don't waste your money on crap.
