Linux Bluetooth Broadcast to XBMC.
#1
I'd like to add in a USB Bluetooth device on my Raspberry Pi to listen for Audio. Every wiki or article I've read say it's possible to broadcast the contents of the XBMC session outward to other devices. I want to broadcast from my phone/computer to the XBMC session and have it play audio to the speakers that are connected. If the Pi had Pulseaudio I'd just use that to broadcast the audio stream of my Media player to the Pi but c'est la vie.

Is this possible? Would I have to drop OpenElec for Raspbian and use OS to handle this function?

Nevermind this. I figured out what I wanted to do by reading this blog that popped up since the last time I took a stab at this.

you connect to RPI via BT, on RPI new sink will be created and that played on local speakers.
that is what you want, is it ?
