Please help no rmvb thumbnail creation in xbmc 13.1, tried all that i can but no thumbnails generated for this extension whatever i do, i have alots of videos in this extension all appear as empty thumbnails

windows 8.1 With mediacenter
ssd Kingstone 60 gb for system
2 terabyte wd my passport for media connected always to usb
gigabyte motherboard etc
