I want to air play XBMC I think there is something to do with XBMC.

Yes, you can do this. See the iOS FAQ (wiki) for setting it up.

I don't mind to spend time and install stuff I love spending my time on gadget and technology stuff but I'm not willing to pay more than £100 for the box .

Would you not recommend buying me any of the one I have listed on OP?

I wouldn't touch any of the ones you listed. Some have decent specs, but off hand I don't know where to get support for firmware if there is ever an issue.

Get one of the MiniX units, import a Amazon Fire TV, or get a used OUYA for cheap.

Short answer: In 2014 no one should be buying any kind of Apple TV for XBMC. Unless you like throwing away a lot of money on a box that doesn't run XBMC very well.

I have just found out about XBMC and really wanna get one of the box which has got XBMC inside already and ready to plug and play.

Im not too sure which boxes are the best to buy.

I have looked at Apple TV 2 they are well overpriced cos of can be jailbroken or already jailbroken.

I live in the UK and Amazon fire TV is not available till xmas they say.

I have found some boxes and would like to ask you are they worth buying or can you recommend anything?

Of those two, the first one, the minix neo x8. Minix seems to have a lot better support than similar spec boxes.

I use a MIINIX X7. It has been absolutely bulletproof, but like already stated, there is a lot of modding to be done. Root & install custom firmwate (updated to 4.4.2 using Wasser's rom found on FreakTab) and I use latest Release Candidate Gotham 13.2 until a more stable Kodi is released.
The remote makes navigation easy, and dual band wifi makes streaming and buffering very smooth, although I prefer ethernet.

Was going to upgrate to MINIX X8-H but I don't see the need as I have no issues with the X7.

I don't know if you are like me as matter picture quality but i own a minix x8 and a asus eb1033 asus pc well picture in minix sucks totally but in the asus with windows is great. I had tested a tronsmart s89 and a minix x7 and all have bad picture quality no matter what i do to calibrate. My vote is for a nuc or any small pc
There's no substitute for experience

Looking in the $100 range for a XBMC player specifically for a bedroom, I would recommend a MINIX box to anybody. No, I am not big on 4k or quality, I just want to be able to watch what I want whenever I want and not have audio sync issues or contant buffers, and this does the trick for me.
To each his own I suppose

I have been considering picking up one of these Neo X8 boxes.

A little concerned over post that said that image quality was terrible so I'm hoping you'll come back and post your experience with the little machine.

Cheers
