Setting 'Combine split video items' causes the order of file listing in a mess.

It's a easy way to play DVD/BD movies but it always confuses me if files and folders are mixed in a file list.

Media files are stored in harddrive NTFS format.

Before turning on Settings/Videos/File lists/Combine split video items

After turning on the setting:

Files are sorted ascending by 'name' before/after setting .
Tested on XBMC 13.1 Windows/Android version.

An astute observation.

What happens if you actually use proper names ?

I don;t see this going wrong with normal naming, only when you use this side-effect of only using a.m2ts, b.m2ts etc

Yes the order of listing is correct with normal file name.
I don't know what naming manner would cause the wrong result.
